My name is Stephen Gonzales, and I am running for re-election as your Business Manager and Financial Secretary for Local 716. Experience Matters.

 

I understand that each facility operates under different agreements, but no matter where you work, you will always have me and my team in your corner, fighting for you. I’m asking for your trust and support to continue our mission: to negotiate stronger contracts, demand safer working conditions, and ensure the respect our work deserves.

 

We will continue to file grievances when our members are treated unfairly, and we’ll stand firm in holding employers accountable.

 

Because we’re more than just tradesmen and tradeswomen —

We are problem-solvers, safety leaders, and the power behind every shift.

 

Now more than ever, we need strong leadership, clear priorities, and the courage to stand up for what we’ve earned.
